Acrastyle has been implementing Salesforce as its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool over the last three months. The cloud based system is a strategy for managing all our company’s interactions with current and prospective clients. Salesforce will enable us to be more proactive, follow more closely business opportunities and improve both sales and financial reporting. Our official go live date is from the new financial year commencing April 2014.
