Disconnectors

The original design of the Acrastyle Disconnector, manufactured by S&S Power, dates back some 30 years and still retains all the robust constructional features typical to that period. Acrastyle disconnectors offer ease of installation, trouble free service, and the lowest lifetime ownership costs.

Disconnectors can be supplied with various types of motor and manual operating mechanisms based upon the requirements of the customer. Operating mechanisms also have provisions for auxiliary switches, interlocks, or padlocks. In addition, we can provide bus transfer connectors, and supporting structures for the entire range of disconnectors.The Centre Break (RC), the Double Break (RD), and the Pantograph (RP) range of disconnectors conform to the international standard IEC 60129.
